Just practical, accessible systems thinking applied directly to a real challenge you’re facing right now. We’ll learn by doing, and you’ll leave with a clearer map of your system, better insights, and a few new tools in your strategic toolkit.
Who’s it for?
Discover The Grey is for the thinkers, the problem-solvers, the “why-does-this-keep-happening?” people. The ones stuck tackling the same issues again and again, or dealing with knock-on effects no-one saw coming.
It’s also for the systems curious. Maybe you’ve heard of systems thinking but you don’t know where to start. Maybe you haven’t but something tells you there’s more going on beneath the surface of the problems you are facing, and you’re keen to understand it.

Curiosity, a real-world problem, and an hour a week to work through it.
What to expect
Five one-hour sessions (1 per week) where we’ll:
- Introduce core systems thinking concepts in a way that actually makes sense
- Apply those ideas to a real problem you’re dealing with
- Map out the elements, loops, and relationships that shape your system
- Look for leverage points: small shifts that might lead to better outcomes
- Explore how to keep learning from the system over time
I’ll keep the theory light, the tools simple, and the vibe collaborate. Think of it as co-piloting your way through complexity.
